Precast plants

Today, precast elements are subject to very high quality standards. Several factors in the manufacturing process are key to producing a flawless concrete surface.

The choice of the appropriate release agent is one of the links in the process chain that is often neglected. Only the perfect interaction of concrete, mould and release agent will ensure a smooth production process. This interplay is crucial to achieve an optimal architectural concrete surface.

Building construction and
civil engineering

Architectural concrete is in high demand again. Whereas strict quality criteria can be defined for suppliers when building with precast units, no mistakes must be made in the formwork stripping process on the construction site.

High additional costs incurred by rework should be avoided. When the concrete has hardened, it will reveal whether the right release agent has been used and whether the formwork can be removed cleanly and easily. It will also show whether a perfect concrete surface has been achieved.
